Clark, Hennessy, Woodson off to State Track Meet
Three Union Knights qualified for the state track meet on May 11 at Vinton. Megan Clark qualified for the second straight year in the 400 as she won the district championship. Rory Hennessy, a fourth place finisher at districts the last two years, will be in Des Moines competing in the shot put and discus. He will very much be in contention to win the state championship in both events. Garrett Woodson is going to state for the second straight time in the 800 as he dominated the district field.
