Cedar Valley Hospice is holding a soup and salad luncheon fundraiser on Saturday, November 17 at the United Methodist Church, located at 707 6th St. in Grundy Center, from
10 a.m. 2 p.m. The event will include a soup and salad luncheon along with the opportunity to shop from a variety of local home based businesses. Some of the vendors include: Scentsy, Tastefully Simple, Bee's Knees Jewelry, Lia Sophia, The Pampered Chief and more, as well as other homemade crafts and baked goods.
In addition to the many vendors, there will also be a silent auction and a raffle for a chance to win a 39" flat screen TV and a Kindle Fire HD. Raffle tickets are $5 for a book of six tickets and are available for purchase at the Cedar Valley Hospice Grundy Center office or at the event. All proceeds will help Cedar Valley Hospice provide compassionate end-of-life care to others in our communities with advanced illness or who are grieving the death of a loved one.
