The Union girls saw their season come to an end over the weekend with 39-50 loss against rival Center Point-Urbana in the opening round of regional play on Saturday.

Payton Hilton had a team-high 17 points to go along with her five rebounds and team-high four assists. Sam Barz, Union's leading scorer this season, was held to just nine points, but did have a team-high eight rebounds and three blocked shots.
Breann Bader scored five, and Emily Phillips finished the game with four points.
Center Point-Urbana moves on to face Monticello, which beat Anamosa 45-26 in the opening round.
